A Usable CMS

“Content Management Systems (CMS) have the potential to impact more users than any other system since e-mail,” says James Robertson, Content Management (CM) consultant, Step Two Designs.

A CMS has the power to enable non-technical authors and editors to easily and quickly publish their content. Usability is, however, key to the success of this system and as Michael Kowalski observes usability is unfortunately the one thing that is most frequently overlooked.
