Navigating Through

Steve Krug, in his book, Don’t Make Me Think, wrote that, “as soon as we find a link that seems like it might lead to what we’re looking for, there’s a good chance we’ll click it”.

So is it the user who’s not thinking or the designer? In the case of muddled navigation, it’s the designer.
